Senior AI Engineer

We are partnering with an early stage AI startup that is building agents to automate due diligence and risk workflows for fintechs and banks. Instead of analysts manually reviewing companies, their product runs investigations end to end by turning messy, unstructured data into clear decisions.

They have recently raised $2.5M in funding and are backed by experienced fintech founders, with paying customers already using the product in production across multiple regions.

What you will do

• Own features from idea to production in a fast moving environment
• Build AI agent workflows that automate risk and compliance processes
• Work with LLMs in real products, focusing on reliability and quality
• Integrate multiple data sources and design simple, effective pipelines
• Collaborate directly with customers to solve real problems

What they are looking for

• 2 to 5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript or TypeScript, with some Python
• Experience building and shipping production systems
• Exposure to LLMs or applied AI in real world use cases
• Pragmatic mindset with a focus on shipping, not over engineering
• Comfortable working with high ownership and little structure
