Day Rate: £450 to £520 per day Outside IR35

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Project Manager to join a large scale technology and business transformation programme within a leading professional services organisation.

This role will sit within the Technology & Data function and will be responsible for delivering two key finance initiatives focused on e-Invoicing and Treasury Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of an e-Invoicing solution across multiple international offices.
• Develop the project blueprint and transition into business ownership following implementation.
• Manage regional delivery requirements and coordinate stakeholders across different locations.
• Deliver the next phase of a Treasury Reporting transformation programme, including support through procurement, vendor selection and implementation.
• Work closely with Finance, Technology and third party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project plans, RAID logs, governance, reporting and executive stakeholder communications.
• Drive delivery within a complex, fast paced environment while managing multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Essential

• Proven experience delivering finance or finance technology projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience with finance transformation initiatives such as e-Invoicing, Treasury, ERP or financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance and Technology teams.
• Experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects with multiple dependencies.
• Comfortable working in fast paced environments with changing priorities.
• Strong governance, planning and risk management experience.

• Experience working within a law firm or professional services organisation.
• Exposure to SAP programmes or other enterprise ERP implementations.
• Experience managing RFPs, vendor selection and implementation projects.
