A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile CRM transformation programme.

This is a business-critical initiative with significant visibility across the firm and will require someone who can confidently engage with Partners, Business Development teams, IT, and senior leadership to drive delivery and adoption.

Essential Experience:

• Previous Project Management experience within a law firm

• Delivery of CRM, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or related transformation programmes

• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams

• Experience managing third-party vendors and system implementation partners

• Proven track record delivering complex change programmes in legal environments

Experience with Salesforce, InterAction, Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms would be advantageous.

This role would suit a seasoned legal Project Manager who understands the unique challenges of delivering change within a partnership environment and can balance business priorities with technology delivery.
