This is a critical role working as part of the procurement and commercial team within a large IT change programme in the clients Distribution business. The role holder will be part of a team of procurement and commercial professionals, managing a complex supplier ecosystem, to ensure the programme delivers on time and to budget.

You will:

• Contribute to procurement and commercial contracting strategies and be responsible for governance to manage the supplier ecosystem
• Lead commercial engagement with up to 10 key supply chain partners
• Demonstrate we are receiving value for money from the supply chain
• Be instrumental in managing the procurement activity within a large IT change programme
• Can deploy optimum contracting approaches based on requirements and where there are multiple dependencies
• Lead SRM engagements and implement supplier scorecards
• Can support and adopt procurement strategies
