Key Accountabilities

  • Drive the successful delivery of the Oracle Fusion Group HCM Project as a key played within the Corporate IT Team through the management of, and the liaison with, SI Partners OCS, Business SMEs and Stakeholders and IT colleagues throughout the build, test and cut over phases.
  • Take specific responsibility for the delivery of the overarching user faced solution, covering the delivery of the configured application, the complementary reporting solution and the change management elements
  • Ensure the legacy eBusiness Suite system, which will co-exist with Cloud HCM for a period, continues to support all related business processing across Finance, Procurement and Logistics and any further systems or processes reliant on maintained HR data
  • Work alongside and support the success of related workstreams including Integrations, Data Migration, Security, Testing and Technical
  • Work alongside and support the success of dependent workstreams including Transition, Cut Over, Readiness and Communications
  • Produce and manage project plans, risks, issues and dependencies for your workstream and collaborate and support the same deliverables for related and dependent workstreams
  • Support the test phases with specific expertise in Final Verification Testing (UAT) and Payroll Comparison Testing (Parallel Payroll Runs)
  • Provide quality stakeholder management across the program to ensure the on-going success of the program

Skills/Experience

  • Full lifecycle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from design, build, test through to deployment
  • Experience in core Oracle Fusion HCM modules, covering Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labour and preferably Workforce Scheduling and LMS.
  • Experience of managing the migration from eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud
  • Experience of modules reliant on HR data such as Expenses and Procurement
  • Experience of delivering large, complex projects within larger companies (e.g. FTSE 100)
  • Deep knowledge of the governance and controls required to deliver such projects to time and budget to the level of quality required to both deliver the benefits and to ensure utmost data security
  • Ability to manage and communicating with both non-technical and very technical team members, stakeholders and audiences
