Contract Length: 12 Months

Hybrid: 3 days onsite

Working Arrangement: Inside IR35 (via Umbrella)

Migration Projects:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of technology projects for Client's global operations. This role focuses on system migration initiatives and the rollout and ongoing maintenance of an internal application for store users, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience.

You will manage projects from inception to go-live, delivering on time, within scope, and budget. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute migration activities for core business systems, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
  • Align migration with business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Salesforce and Clienteling delivery experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Internal App Deployment & Maintenance:

  • Oversee rollout of a store-facing application, ensuring usability and performance.
  • Establish processes for ongoing support, updates, and enhancements post-launch.

Project Delivery:

  • Manage multiple IT projects concurrently, from initiation through handover.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders across Retail, Wholesale, Finance, and Compliance teams.
  • Communicate effectively in both technical and business contexts.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance team structure.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects, including migration initiatives and Clienteling app delivery.
  • Track record of delivering multi-project portfolios within large-scale organizations.
  • Strong understanding of retail technology environments and store operations.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Salesforce background or CRM migration experience preferred.
