We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of insolvency case management software, seeking an experienced Product Specialist to join its growing support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in insolvency and hands-on experience of Turnkey IPS who is passionate about delivering exceptional client support. The successful candidate will work closely with insolvency professionals, providing expert guidance and ensuring clients maximise the full capabilities of the software.

The Role

As a Product Specialist, you will become a trusted adviser to clients, offering technical support, troubleshooting software issues and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-class support and guidance to clients using Turnkey IPS.
  • Managing and documenting support requests through the internal case management system.
  • Diagnosing and resolving software-related issues efficiently.
  • Developing expert knowledge of Turnkey IPS and its functionality.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Supporting the Helpdesk team during busy periods.
  • Delivering both remote and on-site software demonstrations and support sessions where required.
  • Building strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience using Turnkey IPS (SQL and/or Cloud), which is essential.
  • Between two and five years' experience within an insolvency practice or a similar insolvency-related environment.
  • A strong understanding of insolvency procedures and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • The confidence to deliver both virtual and face-to-face client training and support.
