Product Specialist

Imperium Financial Recruitment is supporting a leading firm in their search for a Product Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is technically confident, client-focused, and able to deliver high-quality support across a range of products and systems.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking advice and guidance on products

• Ensure all issues are fully documented within the system

• Provide expert advice on the use and application of products, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and achieve desired outcomes

• Troubleshoot issues across the full range of tools and products

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the IPS Cloud System to provide expert support

• Liaise with internal staff to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively

• Assist the frontline support team by fielding support calls when required

• Previous experience with IPS (desirable)

• Strong understanding and knowledge of insolvency (desirable)

• Organised, innovative and deadline driven

• Committed to delivering excellent customer service with strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated and confident working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong facilitator with the ability to manage both virtual and face-to-face support sessions

• Good working knowledge of MS Office
