You will be joining at a pivotal moment, working directly with the CTO and small team to bridge the gap between ambitious product roadmaps and high-quality technical execution.

Your Role

• Build & Scale: Develop new features from discovery to deployment, ensuring our platform can handle rapid user acquisition.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the team to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
• Code Excellence: Maintain high standards through code reviews, automated testing, and mentoring as the team grows.
• Product Ownership: Take a seat at the table during product discussions, be a valued engineer who thinks about the "why," not just the "how."
