Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an established Sage 200 business partner. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Sage 200 and related software, resolving client issues, troubleshooting errors, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves analyzing customer requirements, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate documentation of support activities. You will work closely with clients to ensure their queries are resolved to their satisfaction, contributing to overall client success.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for software such as Sage 200
- Proficiency in Customer Support and delivering client-focused solutions
- Excellent Analytical Skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions
- Relevant experience in ERP or accounting software
- Familiarity with Sage 200 system implementation and upgrades is advantageous
