Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer - London Hybrid 3 days a week in office - £85,000-£100,000 plus benefits - D2C Mobile app design.

(In partnership with In Product)

I’m excited to be supporting a profitable scaleup , product-led consumer tech company as they hire an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join their growing Product Design team.

This is a hands-on, craft-led IC role for someone who genuinely loves doing the work and cares deeply about quality - from early exploration through to the final 10% of polish.

🌱 About the company

This is a profitable, scale-up consumer business with a strong track record, millions of customers globally, and a product people genuinely love.

They’re best known today for a successful consumer product - but what they’re building next is much more ambitious.

The team is developing a memory curation platform, using AI to help people make sense of large photo libraries - identifying people, places and milestones, filtering out noise, and transforming meaningful moments into thoughtful digital and physical experiences.

It’s emotionally resonant, technically complex work, with a serious bar for craft and quality - and the backing, stability and maturity to do it properly.

🎨 About the role

You’ll be a Senior Product Designer working across native iOS, Android and web apps, partnering closely with Product Managers and in-house Engineers to take ideas from early thinking through to polished, production-ready design.

This is a role for a designer who:

  • Cares deeply about interaction, visual quality and craft
  • Enjoys shaping complex problems and making confident decisions
  • Knows that great products are built in the details

👀 We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has shipped complex, high-quality software products in fast-moving or scaling environments
  • Has strong visual, interaction and information design craft, shown clearly in their portfolio
  • Has experience designing native mobile apps, ideally in a B2C context
  • Is highly proficient in Figma, prototyping tools, and working with design systems
  • Understands engineering and collaborates closely with developers
  • Uses AI tools to work more effectively day to day

You’re also:

  • A strong storyteller, confident presenting and influencing
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving ideas as constraints shift
  • Data-literate, curious, and thoughtful in your decision-making
  • Collaborative, with strong product instincts and taste
  • Curious and sceptical- you dig deeper and challenge assumptions

💚 Why this role stands out

This is a rare opportunity to do ambitious, craft-led work inside a stable, scaling company that genuinely values design - not just speed.
