Senior Product Designer - London Hybrid (2 days/week) - Up to £100,000 + Equity - High Growth HealthTech

In Product is partnered with a HealthTech Startup on a mission to transform primary care. Their platform is already supporting hundreds of practices and millions of patients, helping clinical teams spot risk earlier, act faster, and deliver care more effectively

This is a business in a real growth moment. They are scaling fast through people, technology and launches into new markets and are already achieving significant ARR with their core Product launching less than 5 years ago.

You will be joining an already a rapidly scaling Engineering, and Product Management team. Design is already estblished in the business, you will be working with two other Product designers who you will support in establishing Design practices and systems.

As a Senior Product Designer You'll own design quality and direction within your Product area working closely with a Product Manager and Engineering Lead in a cross-functional squad.

In practice that means:

➡️Shaping problems and creating clarity, not waiting to be handed a brief

➡️Spending real time with clinicians and support teams staying close to the reality of how the product is used

➡️Pushing beyond obvious solutions while respecting the constraints that matter

➡️Raising the bar on craft and coherence across your areas including the details others might miss

➡️Contributing to the systems and ways of working that allow design quality to scale as the team grows

As the design function develops, there is genuine scope to shape hiring, practices, and design leadership. This is a role with real trajectory for the right person.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with experience👇

✅leading design within a cross-functional squad and owned outcomes, not just outputs

✅Has worked end to end, and can articulate trade-offs clearly and confidently

✅Has helped improve design quality or ways of working beyond your immediate area

✅You making good decisions with incomplete information - and you're comfortable with that

✅Building early stage B2B Products, in a data heavy and technically complex enivronment.

✅Utilisting AI in the Product design process.

Experience in healthcare is a bonus 💜
