Senior Product Designer - London, in person - Up to £145k + equity grant - AI / FinTech

We are working In Partnership with one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies as they grow their Product Design team.

This is a hands-on, senior IC role for a designer who works with pace and autonomy - and wants to be at the front of how AI is changing the design craft itself.

This is an AI platform built for one of the world's most demanding industries, handling technically complex workflows for some of the biggest names in global finance.

The numbers behind it are serious: revenue doubling year on year, multi-million pound enterprise accounts, exceptional backing, and a major next funding round on the horizon. The bar is high across the board.

🎨 About the role

You'll join a small design function working horizontally across the business - embedded with Product and Engineering, pulled into the most important problems rather than owning a single lane.

The way design works here is genuinely different:

• AI-native workflow - designs go from prompt to 80-90% complete, then you shape, refine and ship. Concept to production in under two weeks is the norm
• Strategic, vision-led work - gathering requirements, translating business needs into coherent product. Pixel-perfection is handled by the design system; your value is in the thinking
• High autonomy - you'll work out what teams need and deliver it, without daily direction

👀 We're looking for someone who:

• Is a senior Product Designer with strong product instincts and strategic range
• Has worked in fast-moving, technically complex environments and shipped high-quality product
• Already uses AI tools as a core part of how they design - and wants to push that further
• Is independent, comfortable with ambiguity, and energised by ownership
• Wants to be in person, in the room - this is a five day a week, in-office, high-commitment and high-reward environment
