Senior iOS Engineer - £80,000 – £110,000 | London | Hybrid 3 days a week in office.

The Opportunity

We’re partnered with a scaling SaaS business building intelligent mobile experiences for frontline and distributed workforces.

This is a high-ownership iOS role within a small, high-impact mobile function, where you will have real influence across product direction, architecture decisions, and new strategic initiatives.

The team is growing from 2 iOS engineers to 3, working alongside 3 Android engineers in aligned squads. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and real product influence rather than being limited to component-level development.

You’ll be joining a product-led engineering environment where mobile is a core part of the platform strategy.

The Product

The platform is a mobile-first employee experience and operational tooling product designed for distributed and frontline workforces.

The team is currently focused on several strategic areas including:

• AI-driven knowledge and search capabilities
• Smarter task and workflow management tooling
• New mobile experiences supporting operational productivity
• Ongoing platform and feature evolution

Work will be a mix of new product development and ongoing platform refinement at scale.

The Tech Stack & Technical Expectations

Strong, hands-on iOS development experience is essential, with a focus on deep technical understanding rather than surface-level implementation.

The modern mobile stack includes:

• SwiftUI (essential)
• Full lifecycle mobile development (architecture through to delivery)
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and system design

Nice to have experience includes:

• SQL databases
• Realm
• Familiarity with reactive patterns where relevant

The team values engineers who understand how systems work at a deeper level, not just how to build features.
