An Education Group based in West London is growing its IT team to manage the increasing volume of users, tickets, project work, and more!

This role provides a brilliant opportunity to work with cloud platforms, applications, servers, desktops, network equipment, deployment tools, and much more!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11)
  • Office 365 administration - User account setups & support, licencing, on/off boarding
  • User administration through Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Manage and support mobile devices (e.g., tablets, laptops) within the organization.
  • Deploy and manage applications using Intune/Endpoint Manager and SCCM
  • Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and solutions.
  • Document support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist with basic network support tasks, including connectivity issues and network troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in desktop support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Office 365 applications.
  • Experience with hardware setups, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, for eg., Intune or AutoPilot
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are a plus.
