We're working with a prominent Managed Service Provider renowned for delivering exceptional IT solutions to clients in Middlesbrough and beyond. If you're enthusiastic about IT support and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.

Day-to-Day:

  • Offer front-line technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the service desk team to address IT challenges effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation.
  • Maintain and support existing IT infrastructure and networks.

Tech Stack:

  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Office 365
  • Networking (Routers/Switches)
  • Virtualization (VMWare and/or Hyper-V)
  • Hardware support
