IR35 Status: Inside

Rate: £130 - £160 p/d

Working Location: Rochester - Hybrid (Friday remote)

Contract Length: 3 months

My client has a requirement for an IT Support Engineer on a 3-month contract. The client is a Managed Service Provider who help Kent businesses and charities to achieve success by keeping systems operational, data secure and teams empowered with the right tools for the job.

They require an IT Support Engineer to provide during a busy period amongst several key contracts being won.

Technical

• Office 365
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Azure
• DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• Exchange
• Support end users on various Windows OS
• Experience working on rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance projects
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and via a ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
