Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE (flexible)

As we expand our IT and data capabilities , we are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to implement cutting-edge AI and ML solutions across our business. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in integrating predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and automation to enhance operational efficiency, forecasting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI & ML Implementation – Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, and demand forecasting.
  • Predictive Analytics – Use statistical modeling and forecasting techniques to drive insights into production trends, supply chain optimization, and energy efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI/ML-driven solutions that improve manufacturing processes and business outcomes.
  • End-to-End Model Deployment – Build, train, and optimize ML models using Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and other AI frameworks , ensuring scalability and integration with existing systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with IT, engineering, and production teams to embed AI into daily operations.
  • Continuous Improvement – Keep up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies , ensuring our business remains at the forefront of innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience – 1-3 years in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
  • Technical Skills – Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy , and experience with predictive analytics, time-series forecasting, and statistical modeling .
  • Business & Strategy – Ability to engage with senior stakeholders , understand business needs, and align AI strategies with company goals.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – A proactive approach to identifying and solving operational inefficiencies using AI and ML.
  • Cloud & Deployment – Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for ML model deployment is a plus.
