Role: SaaS Project Manager
Location: Canary Wharf, London (hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DoE)

The Role:
As a SaaS Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of client-facing software delivery projects, from onboarding and integration through to implementation and optimisation. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams, ensuring each delivery is smooth, efficient, and exceeds expectations.

The Client:
Our client is a growing software house based in Canary Wharf, delivering cloud-native solutions to enterprise clients across the UK and Europe. Known for their people-first culture and investment in employee wellbeing, they're now looking for a capable Project Manager to support their expanding product offering.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing SaaS or software delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience in client-facing roles within a software or tech company.
• Confident in handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence or (url removed).
• Relevant project management certification (Prince2, Scrum, APM).
