Location: Leeds, UK (Hybrid – 4 days in office)

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Salary: £75,000 – 85,000 D.O.E

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Build custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems.
• Optimize performance and ensure system stability.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, especially in Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications: Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I & II.
• Strong coding skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Ant, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce Admin and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
