2nd/3rd Line IT Support - Leeds

Salary: Up to £33,000

We are seeking a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join our client's team onsite based just outside of Dewsbury, Wakefield. The company are a family run organisation that are keen to help the right person further build on their IT skillset with the help and support from training and clear progression plans.

This role requires a self-motivated and experienced individual who can work autonomously and proactively. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling escalations from service tickets and working towards SLAs, participating in projects and updating technical documentation.
