Finance Systems Integration Accountant
We are seeking an experienced, fully qualified accounting professional to join our client, a leading organisation in Central London, on an interim basis. The business has recently implemented NetSuite ERP and now requires a skilled Finance Systems Integration Accountant to enhance the integration of the system across the organisation.
This role will focus on analysing, optimising, and embedding changes to core financial workflows, ensuring the ERP platform is fully aligned with operational and reporting requirements across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and reporting functions.
You will work closely with finance leadership, systems teams, and key operational stakeholders to ensure NetSuite delivers maximum efficiency, accuracy, and insight to the business.
Key Responsibilities-
Partner with Finance and Operations teams to review and optimise end-to-end financial workflows in NetSuite (AP, AR, GL, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, reporting).

Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in current ERP usage and implement practical, scalable solutions.

Enhance system controls, data flows, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external NetSuite consultants on configuration changes, automation, and integrations with other business systems.

Support month-end and year-end processes, ensuring smooth alignment between financial processes and NetSuite reporting outputs.

Provide training, guidance, and documentation to finance team members to improve ERP adoption and utilisation.

Monitor and test changes to ensure they meet business and compliance requirements before deployment.

Fully Qualified Accountant – ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.

Proven experience implementing, optimising, or integrating NetSuite ERP within a finance function.

Strong technical accounting knowledge across AP, AR, GL, Balance Sheet, and financial reporting.

Excellent process mapping and workflow improvement skills.

Strong analytical ability and a solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.

Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with finance, operations, and technical teams.
