Customer Lifecycle & CRM Manager

We are seeking a Customer Lifecycle & CRM Manager to help define and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies across the inMusic ecosystem. This role owns lifecycle messaging programs across email, web, in-product, and related channels, helping drive customer activation, engagement, retention, adoption, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines CRM expertise, customer insight, experimentation, and data-driven decision making to create effective customer journeys across multiple brands and product categories.
