Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI-Driven Web Platforms (TypeScript, React..)

Location: London (Hybrid, 4 days per week)

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a lean, high-impact engineering team driving the next generation of adaptive, AI-powered digital experiences. You’ll collaborate directly with key business stakeholders, translating their needs into technical requirements and delivering elegant, scalable solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with design, product, and data teams to translate stakeholder goals into functional and technical requirements , ensuring clarity between business need and technical delivery.
• Design and develop intelligent, adaptive web platforms leveraging modern frameworks (React, TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, AWS Amplify, GraphQL).
• Apply AI-assisted tooling and automation throughout the development lifecycle — from code generation and testing to deployment and optimisation.
• Lead innovation by evaluating and integrating new AI frameworks and LLM-based tools into the engineering workflow.
• Champion best practices in accessibility, privacy, and performance while maintaining clean, modern, and secure codebases.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in front-end and full-stack development using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Experience working with headless CMS platforms such as Storyblok, and strong understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Proven ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders , distilling abstract ideas into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced development environments — using code assistants, automated pipelines, or intelligent testing frameworks.
• A passion for emerging technology, experimentation, and continuous learning.
