Contract Full Stack JavaScript Engineer (React / Node) – Inside IR35

Rate: £450–£550 per day

Location: Remote (very occasional travel to London)

Start Date: ASAP start | Initial contract

The Opportunity

We’re working with an exciting, fast-growing technology consultancy delivering a high-impact programme for a well-known client in the financial services industry, so experience in financial services or regulated environment experience preferred but not essential.

They’re looking for a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to join the team, working across modern web applications in a cloud-native environment.

The Role

You’ll be:

• Building and enhancing full stack applications using React & Node.js
• Working in a cloud-first environment (AWS)
• Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
• Contributing to clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions
• Supporting delivery within a fast-paced consultancy engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Proven experience with React (or similar modern frontend frameworks)
• Backend experience with Node.js
• Experience working within AWS or similar cloud environments
• Comfortable working in agile, delivery-focused teams
