They are growing rapidly and are looking to bolster their existing account management team with an experienced and skilled account manager to look after some of their enterprise customers.
About the Role
The company is recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to join a growing and ambitious team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–3 years' experience in bids, proposals, tenders, or a similar coordination role, who is ready to take the next step and build a long-term career in bid management.
The Bid Coordinator will support the end-to-end bid process, coordinating inputs, managing timelines, maintaining bid content, and contributing to the writing and submission of high-quality tenders and proposals. The role also involves monitoring tender portals, supporting framework opportunities, and working closely with sales, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
Key requirements:
- 1–3 years' experience in bid/proposal coordination or a related role
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with tender portals is advantageous
Desirable: exposure to telecoms, infrastructure, or related sectors.
