Python Developer

Our client, a financial services company who are based in London are currently looking for a well-educated python developer to join their team. You will have gained at least 5+ years' experience with strong independent coding skills, coupled with good leadership qualities. You will come from either a financial services or investment management background.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Build programming skills in Python, .NET and JavaScript/Typescript, keeping pace with the business requirements.
• Building and maintaining client facing applications, working with stakeholders to ensure the key deliverables are developed and live on time.
• Working with Cloud and Kubernetes deployments to transition the client apps to a more scalable and maintainable infrastructure.
• Collaboration and communication with both the IT Team and IT stakeholders.
• Build out the Client Facing Apps such that they are tested, secure and reliable.
• Project management/people management role, possible future head of technology.

This is a hybrid role and would want someone to come in to the office (Tue/Wed & Thursday).
