At Incognate, we are growing and looking for a business development executive (SDR / BDR) who wants to play a visible role in that growth.
We are a UK-based B2B marketing agency with international reach, working with organisations across multiple B2B sectors and a particularly strong client base in the technology industry.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with around three years of B2B business development, SDR or BDR experience who enjoys prospecting, engaging senior decision makers and building meaningful commercial conversations.

The role is fully remote, and we are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

The role
As a business development executive (SDR / BDR), your primary focus will be prospecting, building engagement and generating qualified sales opportunities across client campaigns.
You will identify potential prospects, initiate conversations and nurture relationships with senior decision makers, often at C-level, to create qualified meetings for our clients.
Our REACH approach combines engaging content, LinkedIn networking, conversational messaging and targeted persona-based email campaigns. Your role will be to convert that engagement into sales qualified leads.
You will work across multiple campaigns and clients, making this a varied and fast-paced role for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving results.
Key responsibilities
• Prospect and engage senior decision makers across global organisations
• Generate engagement through LinkedIn, email and telephone outreach
• Secure virtual and face-to-face meetings for our clients
• Work across multiple campaigns and industries
• Deliver targeted outreach to specific buyer personas
• Convert engagement into qualified sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and prospect intelligence within our CRM
What success looks like in this role
Success in this role means consistently generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities for our clients.
You will achieve this by:
• Building engagement with senior decision makers
• Maintaining consistent outreach activity across LinkedIn, email and telephone
• Converting engagement into sales qualified leads
• Contributing insights into campaign performance and prospect behaviour

Experience required
• Ideally three years of SDR, BDR or B2B business development experience
• Proven track record of lead generation using telephone, email and LinkedIn
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
