Due to contracts being renewed in 2026 we are looking to grow our UTM team across several engineering specialisms including:

  • Software Architecture
  • Software engineering
  • Software development

We are looking for engineers who can demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the European U-space regulatory framework, including Regulations (EU) 2019/947, 2019/945, and 2021/664, as well as familiarity with supporting standards such as ASTM F3411 (Remote ID) and EUROCAE ED-318.
  • A solid knowledge of the mandatory U-space services (network identification, geo-awareness, flight authorization, and traffic information) and experience working with current international data exchange models and standards such as SWIM, AIXM and GeoJSON.
  • Experience with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) operations, data exchange, and geospatial information management is essential.
  • Participation in international standardization or working groups (e.g., EUROCAE WG-105), combined with a solid understanding of safety, security, and data protection principles in aviation operations, will be considered a strong advantage.
  • A strong technical foundation in digital services, cloud infrastructure (especially Azure), API management, and data exchange technologies is also expected.
