Enterprise Account Executive

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our commercial team and drive growth with UK banks. This role blends new business and expansion. You'll take ownership of existing strategic accounts while opening doors to new enterprise opportunities in the UK Financial Services market.
You'll need deep expertise in credit risk products and the UK bureau landscape. The kind of expertise where you can discuss technical product capabilities with a Chief Risk Officer and individual contributors in their team, navigate Risk Governance and Procurement and Legal teams, and build business cases that resonate with C-suite stakeholders.

How we Work We're a lean, high-trust commercial team of five. You'll be the first dedicated enterprise AE, working alongside our VP of Commercial and CEO. This isn't a hand-off culture, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Engineering throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Prospecting and lead generation is a shared effort between you and our commercial team. You'll own your pipeline and sales cycle, but you'll have support at every stage. Post-close, you'll work with Customer Success to drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- 5+ years selling enterprise consumer data products, with at least 3+ years focused on UK financial services.
- Direct experience selling to UK banks. You know how buying committees work, typical procurement timelines, and how to navigate risk and compliance gatekeepers.
- Credit reference industry knowledge. You understand how bureaus operate, how credit risk products deliver value, and the competitive landscape.
- Product fluency and domain expertise. Comfortable discussing how credit risk products can be configured and applied to achieve better outcomes. You can translate technical product capabilities into busin
- Proven track record of £1M+ annual quota attainment (individual new business and expansion combined).
- Technical aptitude. you can read API documentation, understand data schemas, and discuss technical integration requirements with bank IT teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Deep UK credit reference industry experience — you understand the players, the products, and how decisions get made
- Proven track record selling to and expanding UK banks — you've navigated procurement, risk, compliance, and IT; you know the buying committees and the timelines
- Experience operating in complex regulatory environments (FCA, PRA, data protection) — you speak the language and anticipate the objections
- Track record of hitting £1M+ annual targets
- Technical aptitude and genuine curiosity about product; you enjoy going deep
- Discipline around process and documentation
- Ability to close—you move deals from conversation to commitment
- Comfort operating in a startup environment where you'll shape how we sell
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from market and customer data.
- Experience developing and managing content roadmaps.
- Experience with land-and-expand sales motions in financial services.
- Familiarity with modern sales stack (Attio, Lemlist, Claude, Notion).
- Startup or scale-up experience where you've shaped GTM processes.
Success Looks Like:
- First 90 days: Complete product certification, take ownership of assigned accounts, and close your first expansion deal.
- 6 months: Consistently forecast and close quarterly targets (mix of expansion and new business), build a healthy pipeline of 4x quota.
- 12 months: Achieve ramped annual revenue targets, establish yourself as a trusted advisor to your accounts, contribute to refining our enterprise sales playbook.
