you in? Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleAs a Principal Engineer Digital Design, you will be at the
forefront of developing cutting-edge CPU subsystems and non-volatile memory
solutions for automotive applications. Working within our innovative team, you
will drive technical excellence while shaping the future of semiconductor
technology through architectural design and cross-functional collaboration.

Implement and/or review
subblocks of CPU subsystems or non-volatile memories (NVM)Contribute to the specification and definition
of the microarchitecture of CPU subsystems or non-volatile memories for automotive
applications Ensure that digital design meets the requirements regarding functional safety and securityDrive technical decisions for your
functional area and execute the implementation Collaborate closely with hard macro designers, verification, digital design and firmware engineers to
produce thoroughly verified, robust IP Create innovative architecture by using the latest design techniques and tools Provide technical guidance within the organization and support other departmentsYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed You
thrive in collaborative, international environments and bring innovative
thinking to complex technical challenges. Your ability to communicate
effectively across diverse teams will be key to driving success in this role. A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or a related field of study At least 8 years relevant working experience in defining and implementing complex digital circuits and functionalities Experience in using the digital design flow including RTL/gate-level simulation, Linting, logic synthesis, STA, UPF (low power design) and DfT Proficiency in HDLs like System Verilog or VHDL Strong know-how in C and scripting languages like Perl or Python Fluency in English (mandatory)Please send us your CV in English.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
