We are looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a highly visible role where you will shape strategic decision-making, influence performance, and help drive continued growth across the business. You will act as a true business partner, combining strong analytical expertise with the confidence to challenge, guide, and support senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning cycle, including the 3-year plan and annual budget, working closely with the Executive team.
- Own and enhance the monthly reporting framework, delivering insightful management accounts and KPI analysis.
- Partner with the CFO to drive operational performance, focusing on order-to-cash efficiency and cost optimisation.
- Deliver monthly forecasts, providing clear recommendations to improve revenue, cash flow, and cost control.
- Support the CFO in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including PE investors and lenders.
- Champion data governance and BI improvements, leading initiatives to strengthen reporting capabilities and insights.
What We are Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years’ FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Ideally experience within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills (including macros)
- Confident communicator with the ability to present financial insights to leadership.
