Role Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders across diverse business functions to capture and refine business requirements.
• Convert business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
• Drive the success of technology projects by leading workshops, mapping processes, and uncovering opportunities for optimisation and innovation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong background in Finance or Buying & Merchandising system transformation.
• Hands-on experience in delivering AI-powered solutions.
