WMS Super User

I am working with the Systems Manager of a renowned UK Brand to find an experienced WMS Super-user, someone who understands the operation and processes of a warehouse along with the technical background of being able to configure a tier 1 WMS.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Use your strong warehouse background to ensure the WMS aligns with real world physical flows from goods-in to final dispatch.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the first line of defense for system issues, identifying root causes and implementing technical fixes.
• Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to up the game by refining system logic to improve picking speeds, accuracy and throughput.
• Training: Empower our operational teams by sharing your system knowledge and best practices.

Experience:

• You have significant experience in a busy warehouse environment. You know what a good pick path looks like and why it matters.
• Experience testing, configuring and implementing system improvements on a Tier 1 WMS
• You can spot a bottleneck in the data before it becomes a problem on the floor.
• Highly skilled in MS Office, with the ability to learn new software rapidly and apply it to real world problems.
• You're organised, adaptable and can translate technical system speak into clear business language.
