Agile Project Manager

Agile Methodology - Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles (e.g., iterative delivery, backlog refinement) along with how to practically deliver these frameworks
Sprint Facilitation - Ability to support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
Backlog Management - Skilled in organising, prioritising, and refining product and sprint backlogs
Estimation & Planning - Supporting effort estimation and realistic sprint planning using Agile metrics
Infrastructure Knowledge - A Strong understanding of clean water and wastewater systems
Sustainability & Innovation - Ability to understand emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, digital twins and computer vision
