• Service Now experience
• MS Windows 10 & 11
• MS Office 365 inc OneDrive
• Networking imaging and PXE Boot (SCCM/Intune)
• Remote support tools
• Network patching and cabling
• Server room/Comms room experience
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent time management
