Customer Support Specialist

We’re working with an innovative SaaS company in the Project Portfolio Management sector, supporting them in hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join their growing UK team. This is a fully remote role, supporting customers across the UK and EST time zones, helping them get the best out of an industry-leading PPM platform.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in onboarding new customers, resolving technical issues, delivering training, and ensuring users get maximum value from the platform. You’ll work closely with product and development teams, sharing insights and shaping the evolution of the software.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing technical support across email, chat and video.
  • Troubleshooting platform issues and escalating as needed.
  • Conducting manual testing and reporting bugs.
  • Supporting UAT, software enhancements and feature feedback.
  • Delivering training to users and creating helpful guides.
  • Building strong relationships with project teams and PMOs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in SaaS support or customer success.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues confidently.
  • Experience in manual testing, UAT, or QA processes.
  • Clear written communication and documentation ability.
  • Knowledge of PPM tools (Wrike, Planview, Asana, MS Project) beneficial.
  • Comfortable working UK hours with flexibility to support EST clients.
