We’re partnering with an international cyber security services provider that is expanding its presence across the UK & Ireland, with a strong strategic focus on Operational Technology (OT) and ICS cyber security.

This is a foundational, greenfield role – the chance to own and build a UK territory from scratch, targeting organisations operating industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities and critical infrastructure environments.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be the first sales hire in the UK, responsible for driving new business across OT‐focused cyber services, including MDR, SOC, DFIR and incident response for complex operational environments.

Working closely with senior leadership, this role suits a self‐starting cyber sales professional who understands the difference between IT and OT security and knows how to engage stakeholders responsible for critical systems, availability and safety.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and executing the UK & Ireland go‐to‐market strategy for OT/ICS cyber security services
• Generating new business within industrial, energy, utilities and manufacturing sectors
• Selling managed detection, monitoring and incident response for OT and hybrid IT/OT environments
• Engaging decision‐makers including CISOs, Heads of OT, Engineering Directors and CIOs
• Managing demos, PoCs and proposals with technical and delivery teams
• Developing long‐term relationships with enterprise and critical infrastructure clients

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in cyber security or OT security sales
• Proven new business / hunter background
• Demonstrated experience selling into OT, ICS or critical infrastructure environments
• Understanding of OT threat landscapes, risk and regulatory drivers
• Comfortable selling services and solutions, not just products
• Eligible for UK SC clearance (British citizen or qualifying status)

• Up to £70,000 basic salary
• £140,000 OTE with uncapped commission
