I'm supporting a high‐growth SaaS company in the Project Portfolio Management sector to hire a Senior .NET Engineer to join their remote-first UK engineering team. This role focuses on building enterprise-grade web and cloud solutions used in complex, data‐heavy environments.

The Opportunity

You’ll work across both modern and legacy .NET stacks, delivering scalable software, modernising core components, and supporting Azure-first deployments. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA and customer teams to drive high‐quality delivery and robust technical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building web applications & APIs using C#/.NET.
  • Working across .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Designing solutions in Azure and supporting application hosting.
  • Implementing CI/CD pipeline improvements.
  • Delivering features involving complex business rules and workflows.
  • Writing unit tests and contributing to test automation.
  • Advising on integrations and customer implementations.
  • Using AI‐assisted engineering tools to accelerate high‐quality development.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years engineering experience in C#/.NET.
  • Strong experience with MVC, Web API, SQL Server, EF or Dapper.
  • Azure cloud experience, ideally App Services, SQL, Key Vault, Service Bus.
  • Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Background using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance delivery.
  • Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.
