We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused First Line Integrations Support Technician to join our growing team at InfoTrack. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support within our Integrations team, helping customers resolve issues quickly and efficiently while delivering an excellent support experience.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
  • Take ownership of support tickets and proactively resolve customer issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with agreed SLAs
  • Accurately log all support requests within our ticketing system
  • Help customers understand and use our systems by providing guidance, advice, and basic training
  • Collaborate with senior team members on more complex technical issues

What we're looking for

Essential:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a software or IT support role, or demonstrable technical experience gained through personal projects, study, or IT-related hobbies (e.g. building PCs, troubleshooting systems, gaming setups)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and diagnose issues logically
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly
  • A meticulous and organised approach when managing support tickets and documentation
  • A team player who can work both independently and collaboratively
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop technical skills

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience working with APIs
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Experience supporting legal or conveyancing software

Working Hours

Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am – 5:30pm initially, with opportunities for flexitime and hybrid working between home and our Woking office once probation is completed

Salary and Progression

The starting salary for this role is £26,000 – £32,000, depending on your skills and experience
