People Coordinator

- Support the colleague lifecycle across the InfoTrack and Perfect Portal brands, including onboarding, colleague changes, and maintaining accurate colleague records and compliance documentation
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation, as well as supporting recruitment activities
- Support the administration of monthly payroll processes by consolidating colleague data and processing updates within internal payroll systems
- Manage the People inbox, responding to colleague queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and manage our HRIS and Learning Management Systems, including workflows and colleague documentation
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports across HR operations, recruitment, and learning and development
- Support reward and recognition initiatives, performance and salary review processes, internal events, and wider People Team activities
- Assist with policy updates in line with legislation and business changes while contributing to continuous improvements across the People Team
- At least 2 years’ experience in an HR or People role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence building relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience using the Microsoft Office package, including Excel
- Experience using HRIS platforms (we use HiBob)
- Experience using LMS platforms (we use iHasco)
- Experience using ATS platforms (we use Hireful)
- Knowledge of employment law and payroll processes
- Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am – 5:30pm, with opportunities for flexitime and hybrid working after probation
