That’s why we’re expanding our IT team to ensure our infrastructure, systems and users are supported to the highest standard.What you’ll be doing In this role, you will:
- Lead escalations and resolve complex technical issues across the IT estate
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune and core business systems
- Maintain and improve ISO 27001-aligned processes, including access control, incident, asset and change management
- Manage Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Support endpoint deployment, security hardening and infrastructure optimisation
- Act as a senior escalation point and mentor for IT support teams
- Develop documentation, improve processes and ensure SLA compliance
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD / Entra ID identity management experience
- Experience managing Intune policies, device configurations and endpoint compliance
- Broad understanding of Microsoft infrastructure, including endpoints, operating systems, application deployment, networks and SaaS platforms
- Experience working within an ISO 27001-controlled environment
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams
- Experience supporting multi-site environments
- Experience with CrowdStrike, Mimecast, ScreenConnect or JIRA administration
- Exposure to infrastructure optimisation and endpoint hardening projects
- Experience mentoring or providing technical leadership to support teams
- Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am – 5:30pm initially, with opportunities for flexitime and hybrid working between home and our Woking office once probation is completed
