Note: This is BA/SME role who can plan, prepare training materials & videos, Impart training to customers and business users.

Job Description:

• Creation of videos and hands-on demo for non-bureau and bureau training documentation for train the trainers

• Must have experience in coordinated change management and imparted training (by creating a training plan, training content including videos, application demos with mock-up screens, coordinating with end users)

• Support the rollout of training to all other users

• Expert in GWCC and IPLM to be able to answer queries from SMEs but also have taught people in the past.

• Preferably based in London to allow for in person sessions.
