Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant

Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant role requiring 8–10 years of experience. The position involves working on Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules with a strong focus on technical development.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules such as:

o Core HR

o Payroll

o Absence Management

o Benefits, etc

• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development.

• Experience in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports development.

• Strong knowledge of Fast Formula development and customization.

• Experience with EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs.

• Understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code and processes.
