Role: Airtable Support Engineer

Job Description:
Must have

• 5+ years of IT experience with minimum 3 years Airtable working experience
• In-depth understanding of Design, develop, and optimise Airtable bases
• Expertise in Airtable workflows, formulas, linking tables, automations, and views.
• Experience working with Airtable Functions, Create intuitive interfaces to enable users to view and update data
• Expertise on Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Data Orchestration & Linking, Data Quality & Governance
• Hands-on experience on implementing large-scale data integration solution around Airtable Bases
• Experience in Scripting language JavaScript or other
• Good experience on Database -SQL & PL/SQL
• Experience with Data Integration & Automation and Reports
• Experience in implementing best practices for Airtable setup, ensuring scalability and usability.
• Ability to integrate Airtable with other software platforms

Nice to Have

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills
• Should come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Unix Shell Scripting
• Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status
• Familiarity with Data Visualisation Tools(Tableau)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
