Data Architect - Insurance (Finance Transformation)

We are looking for a Data Architect with strong Insurance domain expertise to support Finance Transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on designing end-to-end data architecture across policy, claims, and finance systems, enabling accurate, reconciled, and compliant financial reporting.

The environment includes a modern Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) built on Databricks, hence exposure to Databricks/Lakehouse architecture is highly desirable, though not mandatory.

Insurance domain mandatory (Policy, Claims, Finance)

Strong in data modelling, integration, and end-to-end data architecture

Experience in finance transformation/reporting programs

Exposure to Databricks/Lakehouse preferred (EDP is on Databricks)

Strong stakeholder engagement with finance and business teams

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end data architecture for finance transformation use cases

Define source-to-target data flows across core insurance and finance systems

Develop solution-level data models aligned with business and enterprise standards

Ensure alignment with canonical data models and integration patterns
