Appointment Scheduler/Planner responsibilities include managing calendar appointments, coordinating with team members, and communicating with clients to ensure smooth service delivery.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries related to appointments
  • Reschedule appointments as needed
  • Ensure timely communication with clients for appointment reminders
  • Update and maintain accurate client records
  • Address and manage complaints or issues related to appointments
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Proven work experience as an Appointment Scheduler or similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in use of scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
