The Role
Appointment Scheduler/Planner responsibilities include managing calendar appointments, coordinating with team members, and communicating with clients to ensure smooth service delivery.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain appointment schedules efficiently

- Handle client inquiries related to appointments
- Reschedule appointments as needed
- Ensure timely communication with clients for appointment reminders
- Update and maintain accurate client records
- Address and manage complaints or issues related to appointments
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Scheduler or similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in use of scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
