Job Title: Oracle Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant
\n Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite)
\n Duration: 6 months (Inside IR35)

\n

Looking primarily for Oracle UK Payroll Consultant with end to end implementation experience, who can demonstrate and align Oracle UK Payroll functionality with clients existing/Legacy payroll system.

\n

-8 years of Information Technology experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
\n -Minimum 2 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
\n -Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain
\n -Must have worked in Workforce Scheduling, Time and Labor and Payroll modules implementation with experience in UK Payroll
\n -Knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Modules such as Time and Labor and Payroll modules for UK
\n -Good Functional understanding of Oracle Cloud Business processes
\n -Oracle UK Payroll application implementation, configuration, migration and customization specialist with over two implementations and experience in parallel payroll run and testing
\n -Hybrid consultant; primarily functional skills alongside extensive business and technical understanding.
\n -Multiple end to end project life cycle implementations.
\n -Requirement analysis and definition skills, able to produce functional and technical specifications.
\n -Excellent business awareness and able to liaise with clients and vendors from a business and systems perspective at all levels including offshore resource.
\n -Strong practical experience of migrating and interfacing Legacy and third party systems to Oracle Applications and reporting against Oracle Applications
\n -Proven track record of successfully patch/upgrading Oracle Applications
\n -Experience of key project stakeholder management and risk and issue reporting
\n -Able to work in a team lead role, as part of a team or individually
\n -Extensive understanding of risk management
\n -Experience of management reporting
