Salesforce Technical Lead (SOQL & AccelQ)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and planning for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Develop, implement, and manage test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
• Conduct SOQL queries to validate data integrity and test system functionality.
• Perform defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
• Drive training and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the QA team.
