Need a ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer with strong experience in Data Center/Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping,CMDB and CSDM framework. S/He is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures accurate service visibility, infrastructure discovery, service mapping, event management, and operational intelligence, enabling proactive operations, reduced outages, and improved service reliability.

Key responsibilities:(Up to 10, Avoid repetition)

1. Define end-to-end ITOM architecture covering:

• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Operational Intelligence/AIOps
• Cloud & Hybrid infrastructure
• Design scalable and resilient architectures for large, complex enterprise environments.
• Ensure OOB-first adoption with minimal customizations.
• Create HLDs, LLDs, solution blueprints, and reference architectures

2. Define CMDB strategy and data model aligned with CSDM

3. Define service mapping approaches (top-down, bottom-up, tag-based).

4. Troubleshoot discovery issues and performance bottlenecks.

5. Design integrations using:

• IntegrationHub
• REST/APIs
• MID Server-based integrations

6. Enable automated remediation, incident enrichment, and change correlation.

7. Ensure secure, performant, and maintainable integrations.

8 Define ITOM governance model, standards, and guardrails.

Ensure compliance with:

• CSDM
• Security & access controls
• Performance and scalability guidelines

Review designs, configurations, and code from delivery teams.
